Melissa Benko

Melissa grew up in the suburbs of Chicago before spending several years in Madison and Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and now calls Golden, Colorado home. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring the outdoors through hiking and fly fishing, and she loves traveling the world whenever she can. At home, she shares life with her two cats and also volunteers her time at a farmed animal rescue.

 

Melissa has over 14 years of experience as commercial legal counsel, negotiating and managing complex contracts across a range of industries. Melissa makes it a priority to be collaborative and to make legal issues clear and easily understood with her clients. As she is now expanding her practice into trusts and estates work this shift allows her to pair her strong contracts background with a focus on helping individuals and families, and she is excited to partner with Amy in serving clients with care and attention.
